What we’re working on
ODSP — Initial applications, medical documentation packages, appeals, income reporting.
Ontario Works — Applications, required docs, status changes, appeals.
Related programs — Special diet allowance, housing allowance, employment supports.
Why this matters
These programs exist to help people who need it. The application process shouldn’t be the thing that stops eligible people from getting support.
