Privacy & Security
Your legal details are none of our business—literally. We don't sell data, ever.

The short version
We don’t sell your data. We don’t want to look at it. It’s encrypted, stored in Canada, and deletable whenever you want. That’s pretty much it.
The longer version
Legal documents contain sensitive stuff—addresses, financial disputes, personal situations. We get it. Here’s how we handle it:
Encrypted everywhere. TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. Standard bank-level protection.
Stays in Canada. Our servers are in Canadian data centers. Your data is subject to Canadian privacy laws, not something weaker.
You own it. Export everything anytime. Delete your account and we wipe it within 30 days.
What we collect (and why)
- What you tell us — So we can complete your forms. Obviously.
- Account info — So you can log back in.
- Usage patterns — So we can make the product better. Anonymized, aggregated.
That’s the list. Nothing shady.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell data. No advertisers. No data brokers. No “partners” with vague access.
We don’t train AI on your cases without asking. Your tenant dispute stays your tenant dispute.
We don’t track you across other sites. No creepy retargeting.
Two-factor authentication
Available if you want it. Recommended if your case is sensitive.
Security questions?
Email [email protected]. If you find a vulnerability, we have a responsible disclosure program and we’ll take it seriously.
Privacy policy
The full policy is written in actual English. We explain what we collect, why, and what we do with it. No 47-page legal document designed to confuse you.
