About Fill Some Forms
We built the tool we wish existed when we were drowning in legal paperwork.
Why this exists
Here’s the thing about legal forms: they’re written by lawyers, for lawyers. The rest of us just muddle through, hoping we picked the right form and filled it out correctly.
We’ve been there. Staring at a PDF wondering if “termination date” means when we want them out or when we’re legally allowed to file. Googling form names at midnight. Entering the same address six times across different documents.
Fill Some Forms started because we got tired of the two options everyone offers: pay hundreds of dollars for a paralegal, or figure it out yourself and pray you didn’t mess up something important.
There had to be something in between.
What we actually do
You talk, we listen. Describe your situation however makes sense to you—type it out, or just speak into your phone. Our AI sorts through the legal mess and tells you which forms you need, in what order, and why.
Then it fills them out. You give us the details once, and they show up everywhere they’re supposed to. Change something? It updates across all your documents automatically.
And every piece of confusing legal jargon? Explained in actual English, right there when you need it.
The technology (briefly)
We use AI because it’s genuinely useful here, not because it’s trendy. Natural language processing means you can explain things your way instead of learning legal terminology. Voice recognition so you can talk through your situation hands-free. Document intelligence that knows what goes where.
Your data is encrypted and stays private. We don’t sell it. We don’t even want to look at it—that’s your business.
The team
We’re a small group based in Canada, building for Canadian legal processes. Some of us have tech backgrounds, some have dealt with tribunals personally. All of us have been frustrated by paperwork that felt unnecessarily complicated.
We’re expanding coverage as fast as we can because we know there are a lot of confusing forms out there.
What this isn’t
We help you prepare documents. That’s it.
We’re not lawyers. We don’t give legal advice. We can’t tell you whether you should file an application or what strategy to use. If you need that kind of guidance, talk to a licensed paralegal or lawyer—they’re the experts.
Think of us like spell-check for legal forms. We make sure you’re filling things out correctly, but the decisions are yours.
